October Twenty Nine exclusively offers digital products, online courses, and services delivered either in-person or via Zoom. As such, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise stated by law.
The following items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable:
- Downloadable digital products
- Downloadable software products
- Affiliate products (governed by the affiliate’s own refund policy)
- Online courses and webinars
- Live Zoom meetings or consultations
- Offline/in-person events
- Online virtual events
- Subscriptions
- Memberships

Affiliate Products
Some of the products we promote or link to are sold via third-party affiliate partners. In such cases, their individual return and refund policies apply. October Twenty Nine is not responsible for any issues, delays, or disputes related to affiliate purchases.

Payments and Technical Issues
October Twenty Nine is not liable for:
- Payment issues caused by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, banks)
- Delays due to credit card authorization problems
- Software or server issues beyond our control

Exceptions (If Applicable)
